Purchases
Our Purchase of artwork must be made in writing and confirmed in writing by the seller. Such written communication to include: e-mail, fax, or U.S. mail. We pay by company check either upon receipt of the artwork or through C.O.D. if approved prior to shipping. Condition must be as described by the seller. If the condition is not as stipulated in the offering, then Artiques has the right to reject the artwork and to return it to the seller. If there is a question as to authenticity, then Artiques has the right to reject and return the artwork to the seller.
Consignment
Artiques will take some artwork on a consignment basis. The price for the artwork is a "net price to the seller" (not on a commission basis). Contact us for a sample of our "Consignment Agreement".
